Drilling Engineer Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- A Drilling Engineer combines engineering expertise with practical knowledge of well planning, drilling operations, equipment, safety, and well performance. Employers need professionals who can develop effective drilling programs while balancing technical requirements, operational risks, project timelines, and costs.
- Experienced Drilling Engineers must work closely with geologists, reservoir engineers, drilling contractors, rig crews, service companies, and field operations teams. Finding candidates who have both strong technical capabilities and hands-on experience with complex drilling environments can be challenging.
- In addition, drilling operations involve significant technical and safety considerations, with decisions directly affecting well integrity, efficiency, and project economics. Brightway helps oil and gas employers identify Drilling Engineers with the engineering knowledge, operational judgment, and industry experience needed to support successful well delivery.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway connects oil and gas companies with qualified Drilling Engineers who understand well planning, drilling design, operational execution, safety, and performance optimization.
