Experience

Typically 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations, including supervisory or management responsibility.

Education

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred by many employers.

Certifications

APICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD, along with Lean or Six Sigma credentials, can strengthen a candidate's profile.
