Solar Project Manager Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- Solar projects require project managers who can balance technical requirements, construction schedules, budgets, permitting, procurement, and stakeholder expectations. Finding professionals with the right combination of solar industry knowledge and project leadership experience can be challenging.
- A strong Solar Project Manager must coordinate engineers, contractors, vendors, developers, field teams, utilities, and other stakeholders while keeping projects aligned with cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Experienced candidates with utility-scale or commercial solar project expertise are often highly competitive.
- In addition, solar projects can involve complex permitting, interconnection, equipment procurement, site constraints, and changing project conditions.
