QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations, including significant management and leadership responsibility.
Education
A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field is commonly preferred.
Certifications
APICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD, along with Lean or Six Sigma credentials, can strengthen senior-level qualifications.
