KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise clients on construction contracts, claims, project risks, disputes, and related legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction agreements and other project-related legal documents.
- Analyze construction claims, project records, contractual obligations, and potential legal exposure.
- Represent or support clients in negotiations, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and other dispute-resolution processes.
- Maintain client relationships while collaborating with partners, associates, and other legal and business professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
10-25+ years of legal experience, preferably with substantial experience in construction law, commercial litigation, contracts, or a related practice area.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required by the position.
