KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.

- Advise insurance carriers, insured clients, businesses, and other stakeholders on legal and strategic issues.
- Supervise associates and legal teams while managing case budgets, deadlines, and litigation priorities.
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
10-25+ years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, liability defense, insurance coverage, or a related legal practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
