Experience

5-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, aerospace manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, preferably within aerospace or other complex manufacturing environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Program Management, or a related discipline preferred.

Certifications

PMP, Program Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant project and program management certifications can be beneficial depending on employer requirements.
