WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find someone who can translate detailed cost data into useful information that project managers and field leaders can act on.
- The right candidate needs to understand quantities, production, commitments, changes, forecasting, and the realities of heavy civil field operations.
- A weak Cost Engineer can allow cost variances, inaccurate forecasts, missed changes, or production issues to remain hidden until they affect project profitability.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Cost Engineers with heavy civil construction experience, cost-control expertise, analytical ability, and project knowledge needed to help contractors understand performance and make better financial decisions.
