What does a Construction Manager Do?
Lead Construction Execution
Oversees field execution and coordinates construction activities from mobilization through completion.
Coordinate Field Teams
Coordinates superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and other field personnel to maintain efficient project execution.
Manage Construction Sequencing
Plans work sequencing, site logistics, manpower requirements, and construction activities to support schedule performance.
Monitor Safety & Quality
Works with safety and quality teams to ensure field activities meet established project requirements and standards.
Resolve Field Issues
Identifies construction conflicts and productivity issues and coordinates solutions with project teams and subcontractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
8-15+ years of industrial construction, field management, construction supervision, or related experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience may qualify.
Certifications
OSHA 30, PMP, CCM, or other relevant construction and project management credentials can be beneficial.
