KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
- Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, and overall delivery performance.
- Lead and coordinate project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project controls teams.
- Monitor project risks, changes, financial performance, schedule impacts, and major delivery issues.
- Manage client relationships and provide senior leadership on contractual, commercial, and project delivery decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
10-20+ years of industrial construction project management, construction management, engineering, or related experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience may qualify.
Certifications
PMP, CCM, OSHA, or other relevant project management and construction credentials can be beneficial.
