Turnaround Manager Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find someone who can coordinate thousands of interdependent activities while working within a tightly controlled shutdown window.
- The right candidate must balance schedule pressure, contractor performance, safety, maintenance priorities, materials, and operational requirements without compromising execution quality.
- A weak Turnaround Manager can allow scope growth, contractor delays, material shortages, or poor sequencing to extend downtime and create significant operational and financial exposure.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Turnaround Managers with industrial construction and shutdown experience, strong planning capabilities, contractor-management expertise, and the leadership needed to execute complex turnaround programs under demanding timelines.
