QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience

3-15+ years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, transactional law, or an in-house legal environment.

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
