KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support transactions from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation, signing, closing, and post-closing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
3-15+ years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, transactional law, or a related practice area.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
