KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on wills, trusts, estate planning, wealth transfer, and related legal matters.

- Develop asset protection, wealth-transfer, business succession, and legacy-planning strategies based on individual client objectives.
- Coordinate with accountants, financial advisors, trustees, business professionals, and other advisors on complex estate-planning matters.
- Review existing estate plans and provide ongoing legal guidance as clients' financial circumstances, family structures, businesses, or objectives change.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
2-20+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, probate, wealth transfer, fiduciary law, tax-sensitive planning, or a related legal practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
