KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise individuals, families, business owners, trustees, and fiduciaries on tax and estate-planning matters.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
3-20+ years of experience in tax law, estate planning, trusts and estates, wealth transfer, estate administration, or a related legal practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. An LL.M. in Taxation may be preferred for certain positions.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
