Chief Estimator Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find someone who can combine deep commercial estimating experience with the judgment needed to price complex projects and manage risk.
- Strong estimators are not always strong leaders who can build a disciplined estimating team and maintain consistent processes.
- A weak Chief Estimator can turn inaccurate pricing, missed scope, and poor risk assumptions into lost bids or projects that fail to deliver the expected margin. These challenges reflect the role's combination of estimating leadership, preconstruction judgment, risk assessment, bid strategy, and team management found across current Chief Estimator positions.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Chief Estimator professionals with the commercial construction experience, estimating judgment, leadership capability, and preconstruction expertise needed to support your actual project and business goals.
