Virtual Design Manager Recruitment

A Virtual Design Manager oversees the use of BIM and digital construction processes throughout commercial construction projects. The role works across design, estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field operations to coordinate digital models, identify clashes, improve constructability, and support informed project decisions. Strong Virtual Design Managers understand that BIM is not simply a modeling function. They know how to use digital information to solve construction problems, improve coordination between trades, support prefabrication and sequencing, and give project teams clearer information before work reaches the field. The role therefore requires a combination of technical BIM capability, construction knowledge, communication, and project coordination.
