Preconstruction Manager Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find someone who can connect estimating, design, scheduling, and constructability decisions before they become expensive field problems.
- The right candidate needs enough technical depth to challenge plans while also keeping owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams aligned.
- A weak preconstruction hire can carry unresolved scope, budget, and constructability issues into the project, creating avoidable cost and schedule pressure.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Preconstruction Managers with the commercial construction experience, estimating knowledge, planning discipline, and communication skills needed to develop stronger projects before construction begins.
