Senior Project Engineer Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find someone who can manage detailed project documentation while understanding how technical decisions affect actual construction.
- The right candidate needs to coordinate designers, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers without letting RFIs, submittals, or procurement issues slow the work.
- A weak Senior Project Engineer can allow unresolved technical details and missed documentation to become field conflicts, procurement delays, and costly rework.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Senior Project Engineers with the commercial construction knowledge, technical coordination skills, and project administration experience needed to support successful project delivery.
