KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience

5-10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, equipment reliability, or a related discipline, preferably within food and beverage manufacturing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred. Equivalent maintenance leadership experience may also be considered.

Certifications

CMRP, Certified Maintenance Technician, Lean Six Sigma, electrical or mechanical certifications, or other relevant maintenance and reliability credentials can be beneficial depending on employer requirements.
