KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, productivity, quality, throughput, and cost performance.
- Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, performance data, and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Lead Kaizen events, Lean projects, root cause analysis, process mapping, and other structured improvement activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to implement process improvements and achieve measurable results.
- Establish standardized processes, performance measures, and accountability systems that sustain operational improvements over time.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
5-10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, Lean manufacturing, operations, or a related discipline, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred.
Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, ASQ, or other relevant continuous improvement and operational excellence certifications can be beneficial depending on employer requirements.
