QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience

3-8+ years of experience in ergonomics, human factors engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, safety engineering, or a related discipline, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, Human Factors Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Certifications

Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), or other relevant ergonomics and human factors certifications can be beneficial depending on employer requirements.
