- Establish performance measures, standardized processes, and improvement controls that sustain operational gains over time.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
5-10+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, continuous improvement, or a related discipline, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, ASQ, or other relevant continuous improvement and operational excellence certifications can be beneficial depending on employer requirements.
