KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify employment-law risks and recommend practical strategies for addressing compliance and disputes.
- Support or represent clients in employment-related negotiations, administrative proceedings, and litigation.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
3-15+ years of experience in employment law, labor law, workplace litigation, employment counseling, or a related legal practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
