KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise HR teams, executives, and business leaders on employment law and workplace matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, HR policies, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions.
- Support employment-law compliance and help identify potential workplace legal risks.
- Collaborate with HR leadership, management, employees, outside counsel, and other stakeholders on sensitive employment matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
3-15+ years of experience in employment law, labor law, HR legal counseling, workplace compliance, or a related legal practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
