KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise HR teams, executives, managers, and business leaders on employment-law and workplace matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, HR policies, and other workplace legal documents.
- Provide legal guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, accommodations, and terminations.
- Support employment-law compliance and identify potential workplace legal risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on employment disputes, litigation, investigations, and other legal matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
5-15+ years of experience in employment law, labor law, workplace counseling, employment compliance, or a related legal practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
