KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
8-20+ years of experience in employment law, labor law, employment litigation, workplace counseling, or a related legal practice.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice as required.
