Contracts Manager Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find someone who can manage complex construction contracts while balancing commercial requirements, project delivery, and contractual risk.
- The right candidate needs strong contract administration skills combined with an understanding of construction operations, subcontractor relationships, changes, claims, and project requirements.
- A weak Contracts Manager can allow missed notice requirements, poorly documented changes, unresolved disputes, or inconsistent contract administration to create financial and schedule exposure.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Contracts Managers with infrastructure construction experience, strong contract administration skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage contractual risk throughout the project lifecycle.
