Project Engineer Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find a Project Engineer who can manage technical documentation while understanding how engineering decisions affect actual field construction.
- The right candidate needs strong organizational and technical skills to coordinate drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, procurement information, inspections, and project records.
- A weak Project Engineer can allow unanswered RFIs, incomplete submittals, documentation gaps, or unresolved technical issues to create rework, delays, and coordination problems.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Project Engineers with infrastructure construction experience, strong technical coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
