KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead project controls activities across infrastructure construction projects.
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Manage project schedules, progress updates, critical path analysis, and schedule forecasting.
- Analyze cost and schedule variances and communicate emerging project risks to leadership.
- Coordinate with project management, field operations, estimating, contracts, and other teams to improve project forecasting and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
8-15+ years of infrastructure construction project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, or related experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience may qualify.
Certifications
PMP, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, AACE, or other relevant project controls and construction credentials can be beneficial.
