Estimator Recruitment
No Fee Until You Hire
WHY THIS ROLE IS HARD TO HIRE
- It’s difficult to find an Estimator who can accurately interpret complex infrastructure plans and translate project requirements into reliable quantities and costs.
- The right candidate needs to understand labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor pricing, production assumptions, project conditions, and construction means and methods.
- A weak Estimator can miss scope, underestimate costs, overlook project risks, or rely on inaccurate assumptions that negatively affect bid competitiveness and project profitability.
Brightway helps you find the right talent faster.
Brightway identifies Estimators with infrastructure construction experience, strong quantity takeoff and pricing skills, subcontractor knowledge, and the analytical judgment needed to develop accurate and competitive bids.
