KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Evaluate legal and commercial risks, settlement opportunities, and potential outcomes while pursuing effective resolutions for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
3-10+ years of experience in business litigation, commercial litigation, civil litigation, or a related practice area, depending on the seniority of the position.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice before relevant state and federal courts as required by the position.
