- Communicate with clients, partners, associates, experts, opposing counsel, and other professionals throughout complex litigation matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
5-15+ years of experience in complex litigation, commercial litigation, business litigation, civil litigation, or a related practice area, depending on the position.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active admission to the applicable state bar and eligibility to practice before relevant state and federal courts as required by the position.
