Experience

5-12+ years of residential construction, warranty management, field supervision, customer service, or related experience, with strong knowledge of residential building processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent residential construction and warranty experience may qualify.

Certifications
